Aras is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager interested in joining a high-growth B2B software company to help drive marketing excellence. Aras is empowering the world’s most advanced manufacturers to handle the complexity of product development, IoT, Industrie 4.0, and Digital Twin. We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager with a similar hunger to grow the business and make their mark on our success.

The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee and optimize marketing technology that aligns Marketing and Sales, enables data-informed marketing decisions, improves marketing efficiency, and illustrates marketing impact. Aras focuses on account-based marketing that targets Forbes 2000 companies in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, High Tech Electronics, and Industrial sectors. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.

 

What you’ll do:

Marketing program support

    The role requires a broad understanding of modern marketing and the portfolio of marketing activities e.g., inbound and outbound marketing, content, SEO, demand waterfall, etc.
    Implement email best practices to maximize conversion, engagement, etc.; provide well segmented lists for marketing campaigns
    Help standardize marketing processes for repeatable, scalable marketing

    Support creation of a world-class marketing function by connecting people, process, and technology

Marketing analysis

    Initiate internal projects to improve lead generation, marketing programs, marketing effectiveness, and CAC
    Partner with key stakeholders in Sales, IT, and Marketing to develop meaningful KPIs and monitor lead acquisition, flow, nurture, and scoring.
    Develop Marketing dashboard to report program activity, lead-to-pipeline, and effectiveness across the customer journey.

Technology development

    Manage day-to-day operations and functionality of our marketing technology stack – MAS, CRM, other platforms
    Drive database segmentation and integrity of field, inbound, and outbound engagement data across customers and prospects
    Evaluate and recommend new technology that supports company workflows and business goals, and enhances each phase of the customer journey.

What you’ll need:

    BA/BS with concentration in Business, Marketing, Engineering/Math, or related
    5+ years of experience in a marketing operations
    2+ years as administrator/power user for a marketing automation platform; experience with SharpSpring, HubSpot, Act-On is a plus
    SQL knowledge also a significant plus
    Experience marketing B2B enterprise software; open source and inbound models are preferable
    Knowledge of account-based marketing strategy
    Intellectual curiosity and problem solving capability
    Team-oriented attitude with high personal and professional character
